This may include contact details, profile details, caregiving notes, health-related information you choose to enter, subscription information, and basic device or usage information needed to operate and protect the service.

We use information to provide the Welluna platform, coordinate care workflows, send reminders and notifications, personalize your account, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and support customer service.

We do not sell personal health information. We use care-related information only to operate, secure, and improve the services requested by you and your authorized care circle.

Information may be visible to people you invite to a care circle according to the access role and visibility settings you choose. You are responsible for inviting only trusted people and reviewing their access over time.

Emergency profile details may be shown through LunaTag™ when you enable those fields for first responders.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect account and care information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we continue to improve safeguards as Welluna grows.

Please keep your login credentials private and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You can update account and profile information in the app, adjust care circle access, control visible LunaTag™ fields, and request assistance with account or data questions.

Some records may be retained where required for security, legal, audit, billing, or operational reasons.
